What is Watercore?
Watercoring occurs when an ordinary (yet delicious) apple stays on the tree long after it is commercially marketable, naturally transforming it into an extraordinary flavor-packed morsel of sunshine. It takes time. It takes patience. But the result is a super-concentrated, glassy, flavor grenade.
Watercore Cider is our humble homage to that process. While watercored apples may not be marketable (or particularly pretty), when you treat them right, they produce flavor-forward, complex ciders without the need for any added sugar or commercial juice. We believe in local, tree-ripened fruit, hand treated with the respect it deserves. Branch to bottle. Simple as that.
