The “Lead Donkey” received his AOS degree from Scottsdale Culinary Institute way back in 1993.

Tim is recognized by the ACF as a Certified Executive Chef & Certified Culinary Educator…However his greatest accomplishment is being a father of three, husband of one & brother to two.
