We recently moved into our new and improved coffee roasting facility at 3 Orondo Ave. in Wenatchee, Washington. This is also our lab and R&D space for finding the best beans and the best flavors in each bean. We might roast a coffee in fifty different ways before we feel we’ve gotten the best possible flavors out of that specific lot of coffee. Keep an eye out on our social media and blog for information on public cupping events at our roasting location.
