I love taking pictures!  For me it is so much more than looking through a lense and pressing a button.  It is having the ability to be there for someone, relate with them, and make them comfortable enough to allow me to capture them in their most intimate moments. Over the last eleven years, I have been the owner and photographer of my own business; I have gained valuable experience in the wedding industry.

The scope of my experiences ranges from initial client meeting and contract negotiations through managing the activities on the day of the ceremony. I’ve been integral and comfortable in coordinating and taking lead on many weddings without event coordinators. My relationship with my clients typically did not end with the wedding. I would often build relationships that span years. Several clients have allowed me to be the photographer of their lives together from engagement sessions to the birth of their children and family pictures that followed. I take great pride in my work and in my ability to cultivate comfortable relationships with people. My husband and I work together at weddings to ensure the perfect amount of coverage and detail is reached.  We have been married for 16 years and share the same quirkiness and sense of humor.  While the wedding is always our priority, we take the opportunity to treat the event as a kind of date night.  

Together we make it a fun and relaxing environment.
