The Horan Natural Area is a tranquil wild area at the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia rivers. Conveniently located a five-minute drive from downtown Wenatchee. The trail is flat and gravel which meanders through cottonwood trees and willows of this estuary. It offers peace and quiet without needing to vacate town. This is a fantastic trail for bird watching with young children or doing a quick jog with your dog on leash.
