Hi, I’m April!

Growing up my favorite food was always hotdogs! My mom used to tease me about eating all of the hotdogs constantly.

I have literally made a living out of loving hotdogs!

about two years ago I bought the plans for the hotdog cart and I slowly started buying the parts.  It was at that point I realized I had no idea what I was doing and asked Jim O’Dell to teach me how to build the cart.  

He did the hard stuff. I learned a lot. And now I live my best life every day!  I helped build this cart while pregnant working full time  with two kids at home (why can’t you follow your dream?)

Dooley Dogs is everything I love! My favorite food, the best hours, the best people, the best community!  It’s time with my family, networking,  and local business. Every day I get to do this for a living is a dream come true.
