In 2006, eight years before purchasing Warm Springs Inn, the Szmania family bought a 20-acre historical old farm and pear orchard homestead that resembled the Bavarian countryside. Two years later, the family planted 29 rows, each a football field long, of Sangiovese, Syrah & Merlot wine grapes. They thrived in fertile soil, TLC and lots of hot sun. Our first harvest in 2012 had wines produced at Patterson Cellars in Woodinville with the support of talented winemaker and mentor, John Patterson. BCV wines are now made in small batches on-site at Warm Springs Inn–from harvesting, to crush, fermentation to aging and bottling in Wenatchee.
These eight delightful wines are a result of a Szmania dream with full family participation.
We offer a 4 wine tasting for $10 per person and a 5 wine tasting for $12 per person, plus tax; however, that cost is waived upon the purchase of any bottle (per person). We pour tastings of our red and rosé field blends. You are welcome to purchase wine to take home, enjoy on the deck or picnic along our pristine riverfront.
Wine Tasting Room hours vary seasonally. General hours are Fri-Sun 1-5 p.m.
