Day 1
10AM Make your way downtown to your first destination; Mela Cafe. Sit and people-watch from the large windows lining the storefront as you sip on a hot cup of joe and munch on a bacon breakfast sandwich with a side of scrumptious sweet potato hash. (https://melacoffee.com/).
12PM From Mela take a short 8 minute stroll to Pybus Public Market. Pybus is a fun and festive meeting place created for a variety of ages with a farmer’s market, unique boutiques, live music and delicious eateries. 3PM Relax on the docks behind Pybus and dip your feet in the cool currents of the river as you snack on ice cold Gelato bought in the Pybus residential Ice restaurant.
5PM Finish the day by experiencing Brewers Row; three brewers within walking distance of eachother have created an evening you won’t want to miss. Grab a passport and collect stamps as youvisit the establishments on the Brewers Row list. End the evening at the Wenatchee ValleyChamber of Commerce to redeem your stamps for a commemorative stainless steel pint glass!
Day 2
8AM Want a little workout to start off your day? Hop out of the car, lace up your hiking shoes and hit the Saddle Rock trail head. Take the steep shortcuts and feel the burn or stick to the path and wind your way up the hill. Either route will take you to the Saddle Rock pinnacle overlooking the beautiful vistas of the Wenatchee Valley.
12PM Mosey on in to the Dilly Deli; a cute little sandwich shop decked in retro decor that has a menu sure to make your tastebuds dance with joy. Indulge a little and try their soup of the day, it is sure not to disappoint. 2PM To finish off your day of fun, take the short drive up to Ohme Gardens where you can relax in the little oasis created by the Ohme family 90 years ago. Learn the history of the Ohme family as you take a leisurely stroll through the gardens and take in the beautiful view overlooking Wenatchee. (https://www.ohmegardens.org/)
Day 3
9AM Beware! This is a breakfast place to which you will compare all others in the future. If you order the pancakes come ready to eat because although you have heard they are big, you will hardly believe your eyes for one could likely feed the whole family alone! Bon appétit! The Wild Huckleberry, a local fav!
11AM Explore downtown Wenatchee! This short walk is packed with exciting little boutiques like the Gilded Lily and Tumbleweed which showcase handmade wares by local artisans. Search for unique treasures in the antique shops and stop for a bite at a locally owned restaurant.
3PM Enjoy some fun in the sun on one of the two sand volleyball courts or relax as you dip your toes into the river at Walla Walla Point Park. Have a good time with friends or family on the tennis courts, play a pickup game of basketball or watch your kids play on the playground.
6PM End your day by walking over the train tracks away from Pybus and stop at the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce. Enjoy the one-of-a-kind wine tasting station while you engage in a delightful conversation with the wonderful woman behind the counter.
