The Community Foundation of NCW is now accepting applications for the Woods Family Music and Arts Grant. Open to nonprofit organizations in Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties (excluding the Methow Valley), the grant seeks to supports work that provides music and/or arts related services and education in these communities.Up to $5,000 is available for programs in one of the following areas:

• Foster and improve cultural awareness and education;
• Music performance;
• Music education direction for a wide range of students (children and adults);
• Participation in coordination of regional arts events; or
• Seminars and workshops for music educators and arts professionals.
