We use flour imported from Italy to make our 72 hour fermentation dough. Our sauce is made by hand crushing Italian Certified San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil. The finest cheese from Wisconsin. Only the best ingredients. All cooked in an 800 degree oven in less than 2 minutes!
